Coconut substrate provides an airy and well-draining structure, which is essential for cacti and succulents. It prevents water from accumulating around the roots, reducing the risk of root rot. Cacti and succulents require very little water. Allow the substrate to dry out completely between waterings. In summer, watering once every two weeks is often enough, while in winter, once a month or even less may suffice. Always check the substrate before watering.

1. Wear gloves or use a piece of newspaper to safely handle your cactus.
