Grow in Coco – 50L Coco Potting Soil Block

Big, powerful and 100% natural! Add water and this compact 3 kg block swells to as much as 50 liters of potting soil - ideal for borders, vegetable gardens, planters and more.

What’s included:
  • Capacity after expansion: 50 liters
  • Block size: 30 x 30 x 8 cm
  • Material: 100% coconut fiber (coco coir)

Coconut substrate has an airy structure and retains moisture without keeping the roots too wet. This helps prevent root rot and promotes healthy growth for orchids.

Coconut substrate retains moisture well, which means you need to water less frequently. Once a week is usually sufficient, but this depends on the temperature and humidity in your home.

1. Gently remove the orchid from its old pot and shake off any loose, old substrate.
2. Trim away any dead or rotting roots using clean scissors.
3. Place the plant in a new pot with drainage holes and fill it with coconut substrate.
4. Press the substrate down lightly and wait a few days before watering, allowing the roots to adjust.
